Surface Preparation

An alkali-resistant fiberglass tape used to reinforce RedGard® and RedGard® SpeedCoat® when used over cracks in underlayment. It can also be used in corners and wherever there is a change of plane in the installation for additional reinforcement.

Peel & Stick Primer is used for the application of peel and stick mat underlayments like Crack Buster® Pro and EasyMat®.

A versatile, light, and easy to use and cut underlayment for setting tile and stone over any acceptable floor. The mat is designed so that the mortar locks in – creating a bonded crack-prevention system for subfloor movement up to 1/4″ (6 mm). Its SoundGard® Technology offers high and credible impact sound reduction.

A self-bonding, fabric reinforced, asphaltic membrane that isolates ceramic and natural stone tile from cracks in the substrate. Crack Buster® Pro is ANSI A118.12 compliant as a crack isolation membrane and reduces sound transmission through the tile assembly.

Both a waterproof and vaporproof uncoupling membrane that can be used for crack-isolation in most tile, porcelain, or natural stone installations.
