The MoldGard Protection System

In developing MoldGard, we analyzed our entire product line of surface preparation materials, setting materials and grouts to evaluate their resistance to mold. Then we made significant formulation enhancements to bring all products up to the same high standard for protection against mold.

The result: The MoldGard Protection System - products for every stage of the tile or stone installation process – to ensure the highest degree of mold and mildew resistance available and mitigate moisture intrusion, the main cause of mold growth. The MoldGard Protection system includes: self-level underlayments, waterproofing and anti-fracturing membranes, thin-set mortars, tile adhesives, and grouts.
